Bill has served on the WIA Board for the past 23 plus years. During his tenure on the board Bill has served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman. In addition to his participation on the LWIB, Bill is very active in his community. He has served the past 5 years as Union County Commissioner (three of those years as their Chairman). He is a 46 year member of the Anna Fire Department. A 30 year member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board of directors for 17 years and President of the Chamber for one term. Bill was elected to the Anna-Jonesboro Community High School Board and served as Chairman for 12 of the 17 years he served. Bill is owner and operator of the Union County Press with his wife Pat.
