Bio:

Mike has actively served on the Southern 14 Workforce Investment Board for the past four years. He is president of Baldwin Manufacturing in McLeansboro, IL. Mike came to Southern Illinois 15 years ago when he purchased an existing pallet manufacturing company, protecting 20 jobs. He has managed and expanded the business along with his wife Pat. He was a member of the Governors Manufacturing Task Force in 2006. He is on the Illinois workNet Business Advisory Group which is in the process of developing a premier business services web portal within the network that will be advantageous to both employers and clients. He looks forward to being a part of the process of educating and training the youth and displaced workers in Southern Illinois.
